Venue
Our venue is available 7 days a week and offers 3km of paths and trails where kids can run, play, and explore in a safe environment. Inibos is off-grid, however we have lavatory facilities.
Seating
Seating for the kids takes the form of neatly cut tree stumps with wooden pallets. Parents and all other patrons can make use of the venue seating at no additional cost. As a rule of thumb we allocate adult seating next to kids party seating so that parents and party-goers can interact.
Duration
Allocation for a kid’s party is usually 2 hours. We aim to conclude all booked activities where our staff is needed in this time but will extend it as required. You are welcome to stay longer than the allocated 2 hours with your guests, provided its within our operating hours.
Restrictions
To preserve the natural beauty of our venue, please refrain from littering or damaging the environment. Kindly clean up any décor or trash left in your designated area before departing.
Catering
Platters
We offer a variety of platters that can be pre-ordered for party guests. Platters usually cater to 10 people and may include any of the following foods: cheesy russian bites, roosterkoek sliders, mini milktart pancakes, chicken mayo bites, assorted biscuits, cream cheese, tzatziki.
Café
If you do not wish to order platters for your guests, we have a café onsite where they can order drinks, meals, and desserts.
Party Packs
A carton box which is branded with the theme of the party and filled with a variety of snacks and sweets depending on the selected party package.
Restrictions
Please note that no food or drinks may be brought to the venue, with the exception of the birthday cake.
Décor
We provide hassle-free party planning with our themed party packages, complete with decorations and snacks. Each package includes everything you need to create a magical atmosphere for your little one's special day.
DIY
Feel free to arrive early and set up your own decorations before the party starts. Kindly clean up any décor or trash left in your designated area before departing.
Cake
Choose from our themed box cakes, or bring your own if you prefer.
Restrictions
To keep our venue beautiful for future parties, please avoid using confetti or other decorations that are difficult to clean up.

Our activities accommodate kids of all ages. They are lead and supervised by our bosbewaarders to ensure the safety of all participants and the environment. Mix and match any of these activities to create an unforgettable birthday party.

Photographer
A professional photographer can be booked to capture the special moments. Parents will receive a digital download link of photos featuring their children, families, and guests.
Jumping Castles & Water Slides
Jumping castles and water slides may be brought to the venue, however, we ask that you arrange with us in advance. We are an off-grid venue, therefore you will need to arrange a generator as required.
Bicycles
We have found that bringing your children's bicycle to the venue is a great add-on to the party which creates the opportunity for kids to freely explore the venue and spend some much needed time in nature.
Third Party Providers
We encourage you to make use of third party providers if we do not offer a particular service you desire. We require that you inform us in advance and arrange that they reach out to us in order to coordinate our efforts.

Payment
Since we are a fairly big venue with lots of space available for parties, we do not require a deposit upfront to secure your booking. We will however require final confirmation of the number of kids attending, with payment, 1 week before your party.
